SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Rough endoplasmic reticulum membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein (By similarity).
TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Highly expressed in pancreas and testis and to a lower extent in prostate, ovary, heart, thymus, small intestine and spleen.
SIMILARITY: Contains 1 SUN domain.
